Overview
This is a very famous and relaxing one day trip from Marrakech only 1 ½ hour drive from Marrakech. This beautiful green valley is one of the most pristine valleys in Morocco, spreading between the first foothills of the High Atlas Mountains, extending along the River.
Itinerary
Day 1 : Day Trip to Imlil
Imlil village is located at 70 km from Marrakech bellow the Toubkal mountain, the last step before the ascent of Toubkal, Imlil is known as the departure point of treks as well. On the way we travel through Moulay Ibrahim gorge and Asni, well-known for its weekly Berber market. In Imil we hike through the valley, passing through breath-taking landscapes and charming Berber villages. We will make plenty of stops on the way to admire the scenery. This 1 day trip starts from Marrakech at 9 am and we return back to Marrakech at 5 pm..
