Tone of Morocco’s most beautiful sights the complex network of waterfalls cascades over 110 metres – one fall into another through three major and several minor drops. The surrounding landscape is made up of idyllic green valleys, orchards and the dramatic gorges of the El Abid river.
Itinerary
Day 1 : Day Trip to Ouzoud Waterfalls
We departure from Marrakech at 8 am to one of Morocco’s most beautiful sights the complex network of waterfalls cascades over 110 metres – one fall into another through three major and several minor drops. The surrounding landscape is made up of idyllic green valleys, orchards and the dramatic gorges of the El Abid river. After the 3 hour drive from Marrakech through amazing scenery, a local guide will take us on a breathtaking walk from the top of the falls through a shaded path of olive trees to the river below. Here you will have a chance to catch a small boat tour on the river to see the falls up-close. Popular with Moroccan tourist the river is also the perfect place for at nice swim. Then we return back to Marrakech around 6 pm.
